Returns and Refunds

• If you are unhappy with the item for whatever reason, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a return and refund.
• The returned item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sold.
• All refunds will be paid back to you using the same method of payment as your original purchase.
• Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs (including return postage).
• When returning an item we strongly recommend it be sent using a recorded mail service with sufficient insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing as a result of not properly insuring your return package.
